🍺 About Bringing Alcohol
Only guests who have made a reservation and completed payment by the day before may bring alcohol (ID verification required)
🔧 Room Preparation
- Turn on the projector (power button is on the unit mounted on the ceiling)
- Turn on the karaoke machine
- Turn on the speakers
- Adjust room lighting
- Turn on the air conditioning (depending on season)
📝 Guest Arrival Flow
Staff should first confirm whether the guest has a reservation, then guide accordingly.

🧹 Room Cleaning
- Tables: Spray with alcohol and wipe with a damp blue cloth that has been wrung out
- Chairs, Shelves: Spray with alcohol and wipe with a damp gray cloth that has been wrung out
- Microphones, Tambourines, Denmoку (Song Selection Remote): Spray alcohol on paper towel and wipe
- Floor: Vacuum (if soiled with drinks, etc., mop)
Clean-up: Hand wash used cleaning tools (blue and gray cloths) and hang to dry
🔒 Closing Procedures
- Clean the room
- Vacuum & mop
- Turn off karaoke and projector power
- Turn off room lights and air conditioning
- Clean toilets
- Collect trash
- Clean drink machine
- Clean coffee machine
- Remove beer from beer server and put in refrigerator
- Unplug beer server
- Store alcohol other than beer on kitchen counter (no need to refrigerate)
Final Cleaning and Next Day Preparation
- Wash cloths used for cleaning with mild detergent, soak in bleach, rinse, and hang to dry
- Rinse mop with water and empty bucket
- Replace drain net
- Prepare for next morning's breakfast
