Remove the room key from the key cafe
Place the room key in key box "1" on top of the shoe cabinet
Lock the key box

ご到着されましたら、ガラス張りの部屋（共用ルーム）側の扉から中にお入りください。正面玄関は夜20時に施錠されています。
宿泊エリア側へ続く木の扉の暗証番号は 1931 です。
夜10時以降はすでにお休みのお客様がいらっしゃいます。物音や足音にご配慮をお願いいたします。

チェックイン手順

1.受付デスクに設置されているタブレットでハウスルールやチェックアウトについての案内をご確認ください。
＊最後までご確認いただくと自動でスタッフを呼び出しを行いますが、スタッフによる対応はございません。

2.鍵を受け取る
階段前の下駄箱の上に置かれた小さな白いロッカーから鍵を取り出してください。

3.宿泊税を支払う
高山市では2025年10月1日より、高山市条例に基づき、宿泊税が導入されました。
宿泊税は________円です。
受付デスク右側の柱の横に宿泊税を入れるための木箱が設置されています。
お釣りの無いようお金をお入れください。

4.お部屋は 2階 です。フロントデスクや廊下に貼られた館内マップでお部屋の場所をご確認ください。
シャワールームは１階です。トイレは１階、２階両方にございます。

チェックアウト時間：午前11時まで
鍵は受付デスク上の小さなカゴにお戻しください。

Arrival & Entrance

When you arrive, please enter through the door on the glass-walled room (common room) side.
Please note that the main entrance is locked at 8:00 p.m.

The PIN code for the wooden door leading to the accommodation area is:

After 10:00 p.m., some guests may already be sleeping.
We kindly ask you to be considerate of noise, including footsteps and voices.


Check-in Steps

1. Check the tablet at the reception desk
Please review the house rules and checkout information on the tablet.
After viewing all pages, the system will automatically call staff, but no staff assistance will be provided.

2. Pick up your room key
Please take your key from the small white locker placed on top of the shoe cabinet in front of the stairs.

3. Pay the accommodation tax
From October 1, 2025, Takayama City has introduced an accommodation tax based on a city ordinance.
Accommodation tax: ________ yen
A wooden box for the accommodation tax is located next to the pillar on the right side of the reception desk.
Please place the exact amount inside (no change available).

4. Room location
Your room is on the 2nd floor.
Please check the in-house map posted at the front desk or in the hallway.
Shower room: 1st floor
Toilets: 1st and 2nd floors


Check-out

Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m.
Please return the key to the small basket on the reception desk.
