Late Shift (8PM) Manual
Night shift schedule and patrol checklist for all properties. Please complete all items to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Late Shift Timeline

Karaoke Last Entry
- Ask for pre-payment if there are customers

Back in the Control Centre
- Handover from PM shift
22:00
Control Centre & Patrol
- Control Centre: Prepare late check-ins, if any
- Slack Report: Post photo of late check-in sheet to Slack: Operations
Patrol the following properties:
- Honten
- Backpackers Hida Takayama (Namiki)
- Miyagawa
- Backpackers Jinya (Former Budget) + Jinya Sunset Inn (can be done after karaoke cleaning)

Karaoke Closing & Cleaning
Can begin earlier if no guests/check-ins and you have time
Cleaning of Karaoke Rooms
- Start cleaning karaoke rooms if guests have left
- Clean beer machine (if used)
- Vacuum
- Mop
- Closing (turn off karaoke, lights and AC)
Disinfect with Alcohol Spray and Wipe
- Tablets
- Microphones
- Tables
- Seats
Cleaning of Karaoke Area
- Toilets
- Drinks Machine
- Coffee machine
- Kitchen
- Vacuum hallways and stairs if needed
- Mop hallways and stairs if needed
- Check/empty bins if needed
Set Up for Breakfast
- Butter, jams, chocolate spread
- Utensils for spreads
- 2 x toasters, red bread shelf
- Fill kettle
Stock Check
- Kitchen: shelves, freezer, fridge
- Syrup level drinks machine
- Coffee/chocolate powder (under coffee machine)
- Cleaning cupboard
- Gas in the Drinks Machine
